Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handling multiple e-commerce platforms: including Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Facebook.
- Technical skills to set up and manage auto-reply systems on WhatsApp and Messenger, enhancing our customer service capabilities.
- Platform Management: Oversee and maintain the company's e-commerce presence on Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Facebook, ensuring all product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Support: Implement and manage auto-reply systems on WhatsApp and Messenger to promptly address customer inquiries and improve response times.
- Order Processing: Monitor order fulfillment processes on various platforms to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics across platforms to identify trends and areas for improvement in online sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and optimize product visibility on all e-commerce platforms.
Requirements:
- E-commerce Expertise: Proven experience in managing online sales platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Facebook.
- Auto-Reply Setup: Technical skills to set up and configure auto-reply systems on WhatsApp and Messenger, including knowledge of relevant tools and software.
- Customer Service: Strong communication and customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to drive sales performance.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within an e-commerce setting.
