Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube that highlights lighting, fans, and home appliances in lifestyle contexts.
- Adapt branded content into viral formats, turning everyday products into inspiring design and lifestyle stories.
- Act fast on social media trends and creatively connect them with Thanks Lighting’s brand identity.
- Ideate and pitch fresh content hooks and campaign concepts that resonate with new homeowners and design-conscious customers.
- Collaborate with KOLs and micro-influencers to co-create authentic, trend-driven content.
- Track content performance (views, engagement, conversion) and use insights to improve future campaigns.
- Coordinate content calendars and ensure timely delivery for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Support the marketing team in copywriting, ad creatives, and campaign execution.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- Background in marketing, branding, or communications preferred.
- Strong writing skills — from catchy captions to engaging storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, carousels, stories).
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for trends and audience engagement.
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
- Experience (or interest) in managing KOLs/creator collaborations is an advantage.
- Interest in interior design, lighting trends, or home living is a big plus.
